Pak Pioneer AGM MINUTES 24th June 2023
Minutes of the Pak Pioneer Community Organizations Annual General Meeting held on June 24th, 2023
Quorum was met with 42 members present and through proxy. The meeting started with the Executive Director, Tehmina Naveed introducing and welcoming everyone to the meeting, including City Councillor Chris Fonseca.
Recitation was done by Mr. Taqi Khan. National Anthem of Canada.
Pak Pioneers Community Organization of Canada held its Annual General Meeting on June 24th, 2023 at Pak Pioneers office. President Dr. Masoom Shah welcomed all the members and distinguished guests and delivered the Keynote speech. The previous AGM minutes were read by Secretary Mr. Safeer Mufti, the Annual Report was presented by Exec. Director Tehmina Naveed and Financial Report was presented by Treasurer Mr. Sarwar Chaudhry and Accountant Mr. Huphy Ghayur.
At this occasion Mississauga Ward 3 Councillor Chris Fonseca and Member of Parliament Mr. Peter Fonseca attended and appreciated the services of Pak Pioneers for the Community.)
